About Us
Compound Movement is a Transport Consultancy who focus on minibus operators, especially schools. I qualified at a Transport Manager in 2007, I have a small but competent team and we are looking to grow our sales.

Products and Services
The Product: a unique new online training course for minibus drivers. All drivers must be trained in pre drive checks, yet most aren’t. This is a serious compliance issue.

The Service: Our system allows an organisation to outsource the compliance
work to us. This saves them time and keeps them legally compliant. The service is also unique – no one is offering the same service.

Agents Package
Commission is a generous 30% on the  sale price of the course, and 100% of the first two month’s profit on the service. An “average” school with 7 minibuses would net you around £1000 commission, which will be paid 30 days after receipt of your invoice. Training to familiarise you with the course and the service are provided. There is admin support to help you with qualified leads and onboarding new clients
