We are The Credit Protection Association Limited (“CPA”) established 1914. Our USP is that we help companies to get their invoices paid without upsetting customer goodwill.

CPA provide a range of services to companies supplying on “monthly” account. Our Credit Reports recommend safe credit limits and a guide to how likely it is that the subject company can pay.

When an event occurs that may aect a customer’s credit rating, CPA automatically sends details to the relevant Member, so that they can review their credit arrangements with that customer.

Our Overdue Account Recovery Service: consists of a polite letter/email service that prompts slow-payers to pay their supplier direct (not CPA). On average 84% of all accounts are resolved with the majority being settled in the rst 7-10 days.
