Energy mis-selling is a multi-billion-pound problem, which will allow for significant commissions to be made.

The majority of businesses are eligible to claim, with a high proportion not aware that they have a claim – this is a unique opportunity to get involved.

The Services
The service is simple: to help businesses to recover monies through mis-selling and undisclosed fees in the commercial energy market. We have developed an unrivalled proposition working on a no-win, no-fee model with a panel of leading solicitors. Business Energy Claims also offer a no obligation review of energy contracts to identify if mis-selling has occurred, without commitment from the business. If a business has used an energy broker, there is a 94% chance that they have been mis-sold to. The time requirement from the client is usually only 2-3
hours over the course of a few months – a substantially low requirement compared to the average sums recovered.

The Agency Package
The earning potential can be particularly lucrative and we are offering commission of 20% of our fee. The average commission per deal is £1,680. On the largest claim we have had to date the commission would be £126,000. The relevant product training would be provided, along with marketing material to assist in the engagement with prospective clients.

Target Markets
Target markets include businesses of all sectors who have used the services of an energy broker, either now or in the past. This could be any business from your local corner shop to FTSE 500 multi-national. They all could have a claim.

Areas
This applies to all areas of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

The Ideal Agent
Ideally agents will have access to key decision makers within businesses such as Managing / Finance Directors, although this is not essential.

With unrivalled experience and being first to the market, BEC are looking to build on their early success by land grabbing a substantial amount of clients to assist in recovering monies owed to them. With a group of 30 employees already, and growing, the company is expected to continue to grow substantially in the near future. Business Energy Claims do not cap commissions that’s can be earned by their sales staff or their agents, which will allow for substantial money to be made.
