Centurion Trust Corporation was formed in 2018. We are a private client business with offices in London, Switzerland and Dubai. The Alternative Deposit Scheme was launched in 2024 with further offerings coming to market in 2025.

Our Services
Alternative Deposit Scheme Tenants pay a small fee rather than putting 5 weeks rent upfront as a deposit. Centurion guarantee that any unpaid tenant commitments, up to an equivalent of 10 weeks rent, will be paid to the landlord within 48 hours of adjudication. Centurion
then recover the amounts from the tenants.

• Fast dispute resolution and settlement to landlord
• Tenants remain liable for damages and missed rent.

Landlord Extended Guarantee, launching in March 2025, provides an equivalent of 3-10 weeks of rent cover, which is in addition to tenants paying a traditional deposit.

Agent Package
• £25 per agency signed up.
• 10% commission for sales through those agencies
• Paid monthly in arrears.
• Product training

An average agency should lead to commission of £3,500*pa. We would expect a minimum of 10 agencies to be signed up in the first 6 months.

*Based on 10 new and 30 renewal leases per month, with an average rent of £2,000.
